Road Accident Fund
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) has set down terms and conditions for the administration of claims for compensation.
The terms and conditions were published in Government Gazette 44674.
They were drawn up in terms of the Road Accident Fund Act.
A claim’s supporting documents for death and injury benefits are listed in order to ensure that a valid claim is lodged.
Mandatory information and documentation to be submitted for claims payments is also set down.
The terms and conditions applied from 1 April 2021.
A new RAF 1 claim form is in place effective from the date of publication.
