QCTO Seeks Comment on Proposed Occupational Qualifications

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations seeks comment on proposed occupational qualifications.

The higher education and training department published the call for comment in Government Gazette 44984 in terms of the National Qualifications Framework Act.

The plan is to register the proposed occupational qualifications on the occupational qualifications sub-framework for trades and occupations.

Proposed qualifications include disaster management officer, artificial intelligence software developer, dry kiln operator, abattoir supervisor, cloud administrator, fire alarm installer and fire alarm designer.

Comment is invited within 21 days of the date of publication.
