QCTO Seeks Comment on Occupational Qualifications

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) seeks comment on proposed occupational qualifications.

The higher education and training department published the call for comment in Government Gazette 45019 in terms of the National Qualifications Framework Act.

The QCTO intends registering the proposed qualifications on the Occupational Qualifications Sub-Framework for Trades and Occupations.

Proposed qualifications include cybersecurity analyst; real estate agent; design thinking practitioner; marketing coordinator; commercial cleaner; image consultant; software developer and data science practitioner.

Comment on the qualification document is invited within 21 days of the date of publication.
